Jeffrey S. "Jeff" Barks' Obituary
Jeffrey S. “Jeff” Barks, age 43, of St. Clair, passed away unexpectedly on December 22, 2020. He was born June 7, 1977 in Port Huron to Neal Barks and Marilyn Olde. Jeff graduated from St. Clair High School in 1995. Following High School, he went on to Baker College, where he earned a degree in criminal justice. Jeff had a love for cars. From collecting matchbox cars as a kid, to owning various cars as he got older. He was very knowledgeable about cars and trucks. He would be known as the “car guy” to his family and friends. Jeff was a great father to his 2 children, a wonderful son to his mother, and a loyal friend. He was genuine man that was loved by everybody who met him, from people in his home town of St. Clair, to across the country in meeting people through work. Jeff touched the hearts of many people and will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his 2 children, Jeffrey and Katelyn; Mother, Marilyn Olde; father, Neal Barks, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and several special friends.
