Jeanne L. Sullivan's Obituary
Jeanne L. Sullivan, age 81, of St. Clair, passed away peacefully in her sleep on February 4, 2023. She was born on February 24, 1941, in St. Clair to the late Elaine and Frederick Davidson. Jeanne graduated with honors from St. Clair High School class of 1958. She married Julian Sullivan on April 11, 1959. Jeanne worked as a librarian for East China Schools for several years. She was a Cub Scout Den Mother, and she was an active member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, St. Clair. After retirement, Jeanne enjoyed her time traveling the country, as well as trips to Europe. She will always be remembered by her family and friends for her baking and wonderful holiday meals.
She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Julian Sullivan; children, Mark Sullivan, Julie (Bill) Veal, Amy Sullivan-Powell; daughter in law, Joanne Sullivan; grandchildren, Jarred (Dee) Veal, Garrett Veal, Rachel, Zackary, Daniel (Emma), Rebecca Sullivan; great grandchildren, Liam and Eli Veal; sister-in-law, Mitzi (Charlie) Riddle, as well as several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her brother, Charles (Carol) Davidson.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 10th at 11:00 a.m. at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, St. Clair. Visiting hours will be on Thursday, February 9th from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Interment at Hillside Cemetery, St. Clair. Memorials are suggested to St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, St. Clair.
