James H. Greenway's Obituary
James H. Greenway, age 81, beloved husband and best friend of Helen B. Greenway for 60 years, died April 12, 2009.
Born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, he served in the United States Navy during World War II, then was graduated from the University of Michigan in 1951. Until his retirement, he was employed by the University of Michigan as assistant director of Biomedical Research Administration. Mr. and Mrs. Greenway retired to Bradenton, Florida in 1989.
At the time of his passing he was survived by his wife, Helen; sons, James Jr. and Jeffrey; daughters, Lisa and Elizabeth; six grandchildren, three great grandchildren and brothers, Charles, Thomas and Willliam.
A loving husband and “World’s Best Father”, he will be sadly missed. Private family services have been held.
