James G. "Jimmy" Hendrick Jr.'s Obituary
James G. "Jimmy" Hendrick, Jr., age 62, of St. Clair, passed away December 5, 2021. He was born November 7, 1959 in St. Clair to parents Nancy Orrell and the late James G. "Coffee" Hendrick, Sr.
Jimmy proudly served his country with the U.S. Army in Nurnberg, Germany and Ogden, Kanas. He worked as a welder in the fabrication industry for many years.
He was an avid outdoorsman and loved to hunting and fishing. Jimmy was always the life of the party and made sure the people around him were having a good time. He loved to make people laugh with his silly puns and quips. Jimmy was a walking Thesaurus of Rock and Roll knowledge and history.
He is survived by his mother; Nancy Orrell, his sisters; Sherry (James) Porter and Sue (Chris) Fisher. He is also survived by nieces; Sarah and Alicia Porter, great nieces and nephews; Aiden, Ava, Kamryn and Piper, several step-siblings, relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his step-father; Donald Orrell, Sr. and step-mother; Sally Hendrick.
The family would like to thank the caregivers and friends at River Bend Assisted Living for their compassionate care and friendship.
Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Young Funeral Home, China Twp. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
