Mrs. Iva Dell McBride's Obituary
Iva Dell McBride, age 85, of East China, Michigan, passed away April 21, 2013.
Mrs. McBride was born in Earlsboro, Oklahoma. She was raised in Mt. Vernon, Indiana and Morganfield, Kentucky. She was married to Calvin F. (Mac) McBride in Morganfield in 1946. They were married for over fifty five years, until his passing in 2002. Iva Dell has been a Marine City area resident since 1962.
She is survived by sons; Donald (Mary) McBride of St. Petersburg, FL, Glen (Judy) McBride of East China and daughter; Mary (Glenn) McKenzie also of East China. She is also survived by six grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren and a brother Sydney (Judy) Riley of Marianna, FL.
Services will be held Thursday April 25th at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady on the River Parish, Holy Cross Catholic Church, Marine City. Visiting hours are Wednesday 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Young Colonial Chapel Funeral Home, China Twp. and Thursday 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the Church prior to mass.
Memorials may be made to the Marine City Scholarship Foundation or the Community Foundation of St. Clair County.
