Mrs. Henrietta J. McLeod's Obituary
Henrietta J. McLeod, age 97, of East China Twp., died peacefully November 20, 2012 in her home with her family gathered by her side.
She was born November 18, 1915 in St. Clair to the late Joseph and Jessie McCormick. On June 14, 1941 Henrietta married Donald J. McLeod, he preceded her in death November 12, 1990. She was a long time member of the Daughters of Isabella, Rosary Alter Society and St. Mary's Catholic Church, St. Clair.
She is survived by her children; Donald H. (Ruth) McLeod, Joseph J. (Deborah) McLeod, Thomas E. (Kathleen) McLeod, John C. (Penny) McLeod, Marie (William) McCabe, Mary (Perfecto) Fajardo, Kathleen (Thomas Jr.) McCabe, Henrietta (Kenneth) Vollmer, Ann (Steve) Shaw-Ferriby, Gerald (Betty) McLeod and Michael (Karla) McLeod, 38 grandchildren, 59 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by a daughter in law; Sandra H. McLeod.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday November 24, 2012 at 10:15 a.m. at Young Funeral Home and 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, St. Clair.
Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery. Visiting hours are Friday 2:00 to 9:00 p.m. with the rosary said at 7:00 p.m.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Childrens Research Hospital or Blue Water Hospice.
