Helen Muhlitner's Obituary
Helen T. (Goleniak) Muhlitner, age 95, of St.Clair, died March 14, 2011. She was born September 23, 1915 to the late Vincent and Katherine (Drabik) Goleniak.
Helen Goleniak married Raymond Muhlitner on October 11, 1941 in Napoleon, Ohio. He preceded her in death in 1987.
Helen was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, St. Clair for over 60 years and was actively involved at the church with St. Martha's Altar Guild, St. Paul's Thrift Shop and the church choir. She was a leader of the Pine River 4-H Club for 16 years. She was also a bus driver for the East China School District, retiring after 10 years.
Helen enjoyed bowling, playing cards and attending activities at the senior center and she also liked to paint.
She is survived by two sons; James (Maijka) Muhlitner and Robert (Bonnie) Muhlitner, three daughters; Pamela Schmidt, Sally Beck, and Sandra Smith, grandchildren; JoAnn (Ryan) Bastick, Paul (Jennifer) Muhlitner, Daniel Muhlitner, Melissa Beck, Jon and Mark Schmidt, Brian Smith and Samantha Teeple, 7 great grandchildren, and sister-in- law; Luella Muhlitner.

Helen was preceded in death by brothers; Anthony, Bruno and John and sisters; Veronica, Sophie, Lottie and Lucy and special sister in law Doris Anthony.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, St.Clair. Visiting hours are Thursday 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp.
Memorials may be made to St. Paul's Episcopal Church.
