Helen “Linda” Gatz, age 79, of St. Clair, formally of Mount Clemens died May 3, 2018. She was born December 7, 1938 to the late Lorin and Helen Parsons. On November 15, 1958, Linda married Frank Gatz. She was very active in St. Thecla Catholic Church, Clinton Twp.
She is survived by her children Lynne Gatz, Laura (Steve) Mormon, David (Kathleen) Gatz, and Christopher (Cathy) Gatz, seven grandchildren, Siblings; Wayne (Bonnie) Parsons and Patricia Parsons (Patrick Carson)
She is preceded in death by her husband of 60 years Frank “Fritz” Gatz; and Brother Lorin “Monty” Parsons
Mass of Resurrection will be Monday, May 7th at 11 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, St. Clair. Visiting hours are Sunday, May 6th, 3:00-8:00 p.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. and Monday 10:30-11 prior to mass. Memorials are suggested to the wishes of the family.
