Gloria Roehring's Obituary
Gloria Roehring, of Marysville, passed away May 23, 2016 after a long battle with lung cancer. She was born in St. Clair on March 6, 1947 to Walter and Myra Kearns. Gloria graduated from Marine City High School then married her high school sweetheart, Gary.
Gloria is survived by her husband of 50 years, two sons, Gary R. (Lori) and Gerred (Dana), grandchildren, Olivia, Isabelle, Joseph and Adam. Also survived by her sister, Dottie, nieces, nephews and good friends. She was predeceased by her parents, brother, Al and infant son, Gregory
Gloria retired from Fifth Third Bank after 30 plus years of service. Her retirement was spent playing golf, scrapbooking, traveling, playing cards and just being around family and friends. Gloria will always be remembered by her gracious, giving and loving personality.
Gloria was a member of the First Congregational Church, St. Clair, where funeral services will be conducted Friday May 27th at 11 a.m. Visiting hours are Wednesday 6 to 8 p.m. and Thursday 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. and Friday 10 to 11 a.m. at church prior to service. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Marine City. Memorials to the Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute.
