Mark and Family, sorry to hear of Mrs. Everitt's passing. My thoughts are with you at this time. Peace to you all.
I loved the past 27 years, going to church with, attending picnics and other functions with both her and Jack. She was so gentle and soft-spoken and always ready to pray for you, and help you see the good side of a problem. She would always laugh at my silly remarks...yep I am going to miss her a whole lot. Till we meet again sweet lady.

My first time meeting Mrs. Everitt was when I rebuilt a small wood deck for them when it was taken out by "the big tree" that came down in a storm. Mr Everitt would sit and watch us work and you could tell he really wanted to get his hands in the mix. But he was the kind of guy who would leave you to your work. He just wanted to be able to do it himself.
But he new he could not. More importantly, She knew he could not and would remind him to to just sit and watch. She was a very STRONG presence. More recently as I have done work around the house, I have really enjoyed the time spent with Mrs. Everitt. She has always been a kind and inspirational woman. I will truly miss her.
