Gerald M. Fike's Obituary
Gerald M. Fike, age 76, of Columbus Twp., died on December 9, 2018. He was born to the late Edward and Esther Fike on December 16, 1941 in Detroit. He married Judy Pankiewicz on April 11, 1964. Gerald retired from Cargill Salt Company after over 30 years of employment. He loved to fish and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife; Judy Fike, his children; Michelle (Rance) Magee, Linda (Dave) Churchill, Jay (Joyce) Fike, Marsha (Rich) Schemmel, Rod (Marlo) Fike, and Randy (Rebecca) Fike. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, his sister;
Diane (Gerald) Spencer and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandson; Travis Stone and brother; Jim Fike.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 13 at Young Funeral Home,
China Twp. Visitation will be Wednesday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. and one hour prior to service on Thursday.
