Gary R. Schmidt's Obituary
Gary R. Schmidt, age 83, of Columbus Twp., passed away peacefully with family at his side on April 18, 2021. He was born on June 3, 1937 in St. Clair to the late Myron and Edith Schmidt. On August 19, 1957 Gary married Della Bethway. Gary retired from Chrysler Corp. after 30 years of employment. He was a member of the Moose Lodge, Richmond.
Gary is survived by his wife, Della; children, Debra Schmidt, Darla (Brian) Kethe; grandchildren, Mark, Brett, Kevin and Kyle and siblings, Dale Schmidt, Dawn Schmidt and Lori Schulz.
He is preceded in death by his brother, Dennis Schmidt.
