Gail Fugate's Obituary
Gail Irene Fugate, age 74, of St. Clair, died February 27, 2010. She was born January 24, 1936 in Royal Oak to the late Marshall and Marvel Marvin. On October 6, 1956 Gail married Jesse L. Fugate in Royal Oak.
Gail was a classically trained pianist and an artist in several mediums.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years Jesse L. Fugate.
Son and daughter in law Marshall J. and Christine M. Fugate. Grandchildren; Patricia L. (David) Kindsvater, Marshall J. II (Farah) Fugate, Benjamin J. (Jennifer) Fugate, and Rebecka E. Fugate, great grandchildren; Evan Benson and Marshall J. II "Dorian" Fugate.
Brothers; Ken (Carol) Marvin and Gary (Gail) Marvin, Sisters in law; Oreen Steele and Betty Hickman, several nieces and nephews and close family friend Ila Morningstar.
She was preceded in death by brothers Don Marvin and Milton "Mitz" Marvin, brothers in law Chester Lee Jr. and Cecil Hickman and close family friend Gordon Morningstar.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday March 3, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Young Colonial Chapel Funeral Home, 4061 St. Clair Hwy. China Twp., MI 48054. Visiting hours are Tuesday 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
