Fred was one of my first Captains on the Warren Fire Dept,and he taught me a lot. He also taught me a lot about life because he was a well versed man and genuinely a good man
Sharpened a drill bit bare handed with a honing stone for me. It worked perfect. Merchant Marine trained I bet. Sorry as I can be.
