Fred W. Kindsvater's Obituary
Fred W. Kindsvater, Jr. age 85, of St. Clair, passed away February 2, 2018. He was born April 29, 1932 in St. Clair to the late Helen and Fred Kindsvater Sr. On October 16, 1954 Fred married Carol Clay in St. Clair. He honorably served his country during the Korean War with the U.S. Army. Fred also worked for Seaway Plastics for over 40 years.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years Carol Kindsvater; daughters, Diane (Doug) Johnson and Marie Biggs; granddaughters, Jennifer (Cody) DeBoer and Shannon Johnson (Michael Laudazio); great granddaughter, Emilia DeBoer; brother, Jim (Ingrid) Kindsvater; brother in law, Donald Clay and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held Tuesday February 6th at 11:00 a.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. Interment will be in Hillside Cemetery, St. Clair. Visiting hours are Monday 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Tuesday 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. prior to service. Memorials may be made to Grace Hospice. To leave a message of comfort visit www.youngcolonial.com
