Frank L. Rossi's Obituary
Frank L. Rossi, 81, of St. Clair, MI passed peacefully and was reunited with the love of his life, Joan, on February 28, 2024. Frank was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Joan F. Rossi, parents, Ernest J. Rossi and Mary R. Rossi, brother, Gary Rossi, sister-in-law, Sherri Rossi, and son, Frank D. Rossi.
Frank and Joan were high school sweethearts and married at the age of 19 on November 25th, 1961. Together they lovingly raised 5 children, Sheila, Frank, Steve, Bob, and Karen. Frank and Joan were blessed with 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren and were always big supporters to each of them. Frank’s smile was the biggest whenever he was with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. No two people loved their family more than Frank and Joan.
Frank graduated from St. Stephen’s High School and was the star quarterback who married the star cheerleader. He attended SC4 on a basketball scholarship, retired from Detroit Edison in St. Clair, MI, and was an avid golfer throughout his life. The talent he has for sports radiated through his children and grandchildren. Frank was often the #1 fan attending his grandchildren’s sporting events. He is loved by many and will be greatly missed.
