My wife and I first met Frank 20 years ago when we moved across the street from him in Port Austin. What a wonderful man, always there to help or just spend time talking with. I remember he would always yell at me, like I was one of his children, and tell me..."You cut your grass too short....leave it alone and I will cut it". And you know, he did and he had more energy than me sometimes and I am 23 years younger than him....lol. Frank was never afraid to say what he thought, but we know it was always because he cared.
Our condolences to all his family and friends and he is missed very much by the both of us.
