Estelle Russelburg, age 77, of Marine City, daughter of the late Stanley and Rose Pisarski, passed away January 14, 2018. She was born in Hamtramck, Michigan and grew up in Detroit, Michigan. She later moved to Tampa, Florida for Read Obituary
I was a young broke man (kid in reality) living in an apartment near her house struggling to get by. Kevin and I were friends. She always made sure I was getting dinner. If I couldn't come over for dinner she would drop it off or keep it warm until I could get by the house. Such a wonderful lady.
My sympathy to Estelle's family and friends. She was truly an angel on earth. I am grateful for the years I was given to know her and call her my friend. Her smile and twinkles in her eyes. I will never forget. She was a wonderful strong woman.
I am so sorry for her family's loss of this wonderful lady. We became close in 2005 and 2006 when we lost very special people in our lives. We did a lot of crazy and fun things. She loved to visit Lowry Park Zoo and go to the Hardrock Casino here in Tampa. We would plan to go places that should have only taken a few hours and always spent the whole day. An example is when she bought her new car and asked me to go with her to pick it up. When we left the dealer we decided we needed to go and watch the Rays and Tigers play because we loved both teams and could not lose no matter who won.
We went all over and had so many unplanned adventures. I missed her very much when she moved back to Michigan to be with her family. We talked on phone and I was lucky enough to visit her in her new home. We would call each other when we needed cheering up or support. I am going to have a void in my heart for a long time and I can only imagine the loss her family feels. She will never be forgotten. God Bless her and I hope she and Kim are enjoying each other again.
