Elmer Clifford Clyma, age 81, passed away Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at his home in Wales, MI. He was born to Elmer and Evelyn Clyma on April 10, 1940 in Detroit, MI. He married his sweetheart Kathaleen Rita Lothamer on July 31, 1960 who preceded him in death on September 22, 1999.
He is survived by his five children Karen (Tony) Tollis, Lori (Gary) D’Andrea, Janet (Chuck H.) Puzdrakiewicz, Marie (Ray) Huggins, John (Cortney R.) Clyma, his eleven grandchildren Megan (Nick), Angela, Stephanie (Joe), Brett, Alex, Ryan, Collin, Brooke, Cole, Emilia and Logan and beloved dog Gomez.
Cremation arrangements entrusted to Young Funeral Home, China twp. A Celebration of Life is planned for January 22, 2022 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Leaning Tree Golf Club in the Chaps Banquet Room, 7860 Smiths Creeks Rd. Wales, MI 48027 Food and soft drinks provided, cash bar available. No flowers please- venue doesn’t accept deliveries.
