Ellen Josephine Girard Zerba's Obituary
Ellen Josephine Girard Zerba passed to God on Thursday, September 16, 2021. She was preceded in death by her parents William Girard in 1989 and Jeannette Boucher Girard in 2009. She was born May 25, 1951 in Mount Clemens, Michigan. She was a graduate of East Detroit high School.
She is survived by her 3 beautiful daughters, Kristina Lowrie (Eric) of Florida, Elyse Zerba, and Marielle Zerba whom Ellen lived with in St. Clair, Michigan; grandchildren, Stephanie and William Lowrie of Florida.
Ellen was born 5th of 7 children. Michael Girard of Roseville, Michigan, David Girard of Placerville, California, Anne Girard Little (Carl) of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Theresa Girard of Southfield, Michigan, Rita Girard Winans (John) of Virginia, Alex Girard (Elizabeth) of Leonard, Michigan, several nephews and nieces, great nephews and nieces, dear friend, Graham Frost of Sarnia, Ontario.
Cremation arrangements with Young Funeral Home, China Twp. Although there will be no viewing, a memorial service will be Sunday, September 19, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Young Funeral Home. For the safety and comfort of others, masks will be required if you are attending the service. Following the service, a wake will be held at Ellen’s home. That address will be given out at the service.
