Liebe Tante Betty, es gibt ein Lied bei uns " Niemals geht man so ganz, ein Stück bleibt hier von Dir ", so wird es sein. Wir werden noch oft an Dich denken. Als wir 1984 das erste mal zu besuch bei euch waren, da war Onkel Walter noch da. Dann waren wir 2000 bei Dir in Arizona und Onkel Bruno hat uns einiges von der Gegend gezeigt. 2006 waren wir dann zu besuch, in Deiner Residenz. Und nun 2013 zum 90. Missing you has been very common with me everyday since your passing. There are so many things that I miss doing with you and the impacts they have had on me are still on my mind and locked in my heart. What I miss most about you is calling you on Sunday nights and talking about what happened during the week. You were always such a good listener and cheered me up before I went to bed that night and had to go to school the next morning. I know you are in the better place now and I hope you are happy and healthy there. You will always be with me and your memory will be forever kept.

My sincerest condolences to Elvira, Walter and family. I have always had fond memories of Tante Betty as she was kind, gentle, caring and would most likely be in a jovial mood. As an excellent cook, I knew there would always be delicious food to be had when we went to visit, especially the berry dessert she would make at Thanksgiving. It was so special to be able to celebrate her 90th birthday and convey to her how much she was loved and now we can celebrate her new life in heaven. You will be missed.
