Doris Lydia LaMee's Obituary
Doris Lydia LaMee, age 88, of East China passed away May 21, 2013. She worked as a manager at J.L. Hudson's for over 25 years. She enjoyed quilting, genealogy, crossword puzzles, playing cards, traveling and spending time with her family most of all. She belonged to the V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary.
She is survived by her husband; Vance LaMee, children; Joleen Guenther and Larry Deniston, sister; Linda (Jay)Yopek, grandchildren; Michael Guenther, Matthew (fiancee Rebecca) Guenther, Sarah (David) Previch, Andrew Guenther, Paul (Leeanna) Deniston, Shawn (Lisa) Deniston, Michelle Deniston, Stacey (Thomas) Hackett. She is also survived by many; great-grandchildren, step-children, nieces, nephews, and friends. She is preceded in death by; 2 brothers, 4 sisters, son-in-law; Harry Guenther and granddaughter; Angela Guenther.
Services will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. Visiting hours will be Friday from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. prior to service. Memorials may be given to Susan G. Komen For the Cure.
