Donna J. Hoffman (Rumble)'s Obituary
Donna J. Hoffman (Rumble), age 84, of Marine City, went to be with the Lord on April 14, 2023. She was born on July 12, 1938 in Deckerville to the late Donald and Betty Rumble. Donna was a graduate of Deckerville High School class of 1956. Following high school, she went on to receive her associates degree in nursing from St. Clair County Community College. She worked as a nurse for over 50 years. Caring for patients at a variety of hospitals and nursing homes. Donna married Jerry Hoffman in 1999. She was a member at St. Peters Lutheran Church. Donna was an avid quilter; she enjoyed animals, gardening, family get togethers, and cooking. Her banana pudding was a family favorite.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry; children, Denise Hays, Daniel (Margaret) Casey, David (Kelli) Casey, Roy (Dawn) Burch, Michelle Hoffman, Mitchell Hoffman, 13 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren; siblings, Mary Jane, Ted, Judy, Sally, as well as several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her brother, Tom.
