I’m so sorry for your loss. There are lots of memories of Don. He and Marie were going to a costume party and we sneaked upstairs to see the costumes. Don was a Roman soldier. I asked him why he was going to wear a dress. He muttered something and then turned 10 shades of red and went out in the backyard. We were blessed to have great parents in our neighborhood!

I will cherish the memory of Uncle Don and Aunt Marie driving mom, Laura Ann and I around St. Clair, October, 2017. It was a beautiful fall day. We visited all the old neighborhoods and talked of childhood memories. Uncle Don was so kind and and his sense of humor kept us entertained. I know your family is blessed with so many fond memories of love and laughter. A brave and kind man has lived a life so well. I am sharing my favorite photo of that trip. Mom and her big brother. He was always smiling and had some funny comment, whenever we talked while he was at Neiman's getting groceries. Great man! He will surely be missed.
