Dolores H. Lozowski's Obituary
Dolores H. Lozowski, age 89, of East China Twp., passed away December 31, 2019. She was born November 2, 1930 in Hamtramck to the late Adam and Helen Borgacz. On June 16, 1951 Dolores married Julius Lozowski in Armada. He preceded her in death in 1995. Dolores graduated from New Haven High School as class salutatorian. She enjoyed a variety of hobbies throughout her lifetime which included bowling, reading, flowers and gardening, casino trips, crossword puzzles, sewing, tending to her cats and baking and cooking polish foods for her family.
She is survived by her children, Sharon McCulloch, David Lozowski, Cynthia (Larry) Rombach and Thomas (Candice) Lozowski; daughter in law, Kathy Lozowski; grandchildren, Shawn McCulloch, David Lozowski II, Jessica Rombach, Edward and Joseph Lozowski and Kasey Coburn; great grandchildren, Evan and Sophia Lozowski and Alexis Coburn, several nieces and nephews and good friend, Sandra Westerhof. Dolores was predeceased by her son, Edward Lozowski; daughter in law, Carol Lozowski, grandchildren; Melissa Lozowski DuVall and Eric Corbat; siblings, Jane Skawski, Michael, Walter and Mary Borgacz and niece, Kathleen Rezanka.
Dolores was blessed to have had her daughter, Sharon and son in law, Larry give her the compassionate care she needed later in life.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday January 11th at 12:00 p.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. Visitation will be Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. prior to service.
