Dennis Parson's Obituary
Dennis Parson, age 77, of St. Clair, passed away unexpectedly July 24, 2023, he was born December 11, 1945 in Wausau, Wisconsin to the late Howard and Shirley Parson.
Dennis served his country in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam war and was stationed in the Philippines. He worked at General Dynamics Land Systems as a manager and retired in 2011 after many years. Dennis was a member of the Mason Lodge #59. He enjoyed boating, cooking for family and friends and spending winters in Florida at their condo.
Dennis is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Cheryl “Cherie” Parson; daughters, Jennifer (Meyer) Jahn, Holly Hodges, Jill (Scott) Monterde; grandchildren, Cody Jahn, Adam Monterde, Ben Monterde; siblings, William (Barbara) Parson, Barbara Parson, Charlene (Larry) Salls, John (Becky) Parson, Jim (Kerryann) Parson, brother in-law; Ron Knezek, along with many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Alberta Russo.
A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday August 1, 2023 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, St. Clair at 11:30 a.m. with visiting at church from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Memorials may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church. To leave a message of comfort visit www.youngcolonial.com
