Delbert D. Ladensack's Obituary
Delbert D. Ladensack, age 57, of China, passed away at home with family at his side on July 22, 2015. He was born on November 18, 1957 in Detroit. He married Julie Craprotta on October 1, 1993 in Warren. He owned and operated DDL Lawn Care for 17 years. He was an avid hockey player and was one of the leading scorers this past season for the Golden Eagles League. He also enjoyed fishing, golfing, and hunting.
He is survived by his wife of 21 years; Julie Ladensack, daughter; Selena Diane Ladensack, mother; Jeanette Ladensack, siblings; Carl “Butch”(Virginia-“Ginger”) Ladensack, David (Debra) Ladensack, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father; George Ladensack and sister and brother-in law; Diane and John Tessmer.
A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 25 at Our Lady on the River Parish, Holy Cross Catholic Church, Marine City. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. Visiting hours will be Friday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. and Saturday from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. at church prior to the mass.
