Jody Pierce
"Miss Deb" was my first and only horseback riding instructor. She was a wonderfully gifted person who always inspired me to do my very best. She was unusually gifted with her horses and was incredibly kind when it came to sharing her knowledge with myself and others. In addition to her work with me in an equestrian setting, she was also a close family friend. I will never forget the times my family and I spent with her floating down the river, looking for beach glass, or simply watching freighters go down the river. I, along with countless others will miss her kind spirit. Caring thoughts are sent to all who are coping with this immense loss. Love, Jody Pierce.
