Deborah Kay Leet's Obituary
Deborah Kay Leet, age 69, of Marine City, passed away peacefully with family by her side on June 12, 2021. She was born on July 8, 1951 to the late William and Betty Snitchler. Deborah grew up in Odgen, Utah and moved back to Michigan in 1969 and graduated from Algonac High School. She married John William Leet on September 9, 1971 who preceded her in death on September 8, 2012. Growing up in Odgen, Deborah enjoyed barrel racing. Deborah also loved her cars and motorcycles, but especially cherished the time she spent with her family. Deborah had a great sense of humor. She was a caring compassionate woman with a big heart, who would always be there to help others.
She is survived by her children; Christina Kay Burns, John Thomas Leet; grandchildren, Taylor Nycole Eagle, Alexis June Eagle, Jeremiah Jonathon Ficht, Dennis Smith, Jonathon Leet, Maddison Leet, Mackenzie Leet, Dakota Trombley, James Turner “J.T.”, Ethan Adams; great grandson, Andrew Smith; daughter in law, Lisa Michelle Leet.

A funeral service will be Friday, June 18th at 3:30 p.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. Visiting hours are Friday from 1:00 – 3:30 prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to the wishes of the family. To leave a message of comfort visit www.youngcolonial.com
