David Leonard Smith, age 58, of China Twp., passed away peacefully at home following a long battle with scleroderma, on September 7, 2024.
David was an attorney for 35 years practicing in multiple counties.
David is survived by his wife of 34 years, Kimberly B. Smith; step father, Lee Smith; sister, Diane (Russell) Reinbold; brother in law, Mark (Andrea) Brogan; nieces, Elizabeth and Victoria Reinbold and Emma and Isla Brogan.
David was predeceased by his mother, Carolyn Smith and father, Carl Smith.
