David Lynn Ratcliff's Obituary
David Ratcliff, 61, of East China, passed away May 13, 2019. He was born December 8, 1957 in El Monte, California to the late Billy & Clara Ratcliff. David married Cindy Mowery on February 3, 2003. He liked to fish, take walks on the boardwalk and watch Freighters, go to festivals and ride bikes with his wife.
He is survived by his wife, Cindy; Daughter, Amanda; Son, Bobby; sister, Juanita; sister in laws, Brenda, Linda, Melanie; mother in-law, Marie; step sisters; Jamie, Shelly, Talina; and step brother, Jim. David is preceded in death by his brother, Billy.
