David C. Hearn's Obituary
David C. Hearn, age 73, of Port Huron, passed away August 29, 2023 at home with his loving family by his side. He was born June 15, 1950 in Port Huron to the late Charles and Yvonne Hearn.
On October 20, 1973 he married Bonnie Wiswell in St. Clair. He served his country with the U.S. Army.
David worked for many years at Huron Plastics in St. Clair and later at Textron in Port Huron before retiring.
He had a dry sense of humor and loved all animals, especially his cats; Marina and Butters. David loved muscle cars, video gaming and watching game shows on television. He also enjoyed watching birds from his birdfeeders, watching boxing and pro-wrestling but most of all spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife; Bonnie Hearn, his sons; Eric (Jennifer) Wiswell and Adam Hearn. He is also survived by his grandchildren; Arlynn, Courtney and Selena Hearn, Eric Wiswell, Jr., Alexis (Jasyn) Sun, Tae Potvin, Bryna Black, his great-grandchildren; Diana and Tallulah Sun, sister; Patricia Deachin and brother; Gregory (Joy) Hearn, along with many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his siblings; Debbie Roppossch, Richard Hearn and Diane Reed.
Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Young Funeral Home, China Twp.
