David "Peanut" Haggard, age 63, of Marine City, died July 14, 2015. Beloved husband of Kelly Haggard, loving father of Tony (Kirsten), James (Kristin) and Mark (Jessica) Haggard, brother of Jo Sullivan, Judy Hampton, Mike and Mark Haggard. Predeceased by parents, Charles Sr. and Norma and brother, Chuck. Memorial Luncheon will be Saturday July 18th from 2-6 pm at the Farm, 5807 Marine City Hwy. Marine City, MI 48039.
