Like everyone that encountered the beauty of Dan, i am crushed to hear this news. He and i went to beauty school together and i had an instant unrequited crush on him as nearly every guy and girl in school did. He just had that way about him and THOSE EYES!!! You all know what i speak of! I was always a big cheerleader for Dan as i watched him struggle to find who he was in the world and latch onto a passion that filled his soul. Hairstyling wasn’t it. Over the years he would try different things and through the process of me finding my own way and finding my own voice, we lost touch only to reunite about 5 years ago and catch up for lost time. Dan, I’m so so sorry you did not have more time to sprinkle your brilliance on everyone you would meet. I will miss your physical presence in this world. You were my cheerleader too and even though it wasn’t verbalized, i knew it in my heart. I love you Dan and i hope wherever you are you are at peace and free of the pains and struggles of this world. Until we meet again my friend ❤️💋
