Daniel Carl Barks' Obituary
Daniel Carl Barks, age 70, of St. Clair, with his family at his side, was called home to be with his Lord February 15, 2025. Daniel was born February 11, 1955 in St. Clair to the late Marvin and Delores Barks.
On July 8, 1984 Daniel married Donna Egle in St. Clair and they enjoyed 40 years of marriage. Dan was an avid Detroit sports fan and also had a love of U of M sports teams. Sharing time with family is what Dan loved most, especially his long walks with Amanda.
Daniel is survived by his wife, Donna Barks; children, Daniel Barks Jr., Amanda Barks, Melissa Barks and Zachary Barks; brother, Rusty Barks and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his siblings, Marvin Barks, Gee Barks and Shirley Kisielewicz.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 19th at 1:00 p.m. at Crossroads Community Church, China Township. Visitation will be Wednesday prior to service from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. A private interment will take place in Hillside Cemetery, St. Clair.
