Corbett Martin's Obituary
On Friday, March 19, 2021, Corbett Martin, of Avoca, MI, loving son, brother, uncle, nephew, and friend passed away unexpectedly at the age of 31.
Corbett was born June 25, 1989 in Detroit, MI to Gary and Sheryl Martin. He was an amazing electrician who loved his job and always shared his skills with friends and family when they needed it. Corbett had a passion for nature. He enjoyed all things outdoors; hiking, golfing, and kayaking. He also loved animals, watching sports, playing video games, and spending time with family and friends. He was known for his quick wit, infectious smile, his kind and compassionate spirit, and his sensitive Christian soul. The simple things in life are what mattered the most to him.
He is survived by his parents, Gary and Sheryl Martin, siblings; Tiffany (Joe) Koltunowicz, Justin (Kristen) Martin, Kendall (Dan) Smith; nieces, Alyssa Martin and Kinsley Martin; Nephews, Javin Tindall, Axel Martin, along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Corbett is preceded in death by his grandparents, June Maiolo, Lloyd and Theresa Martin; cousin, Katie Palmer.
A visitation will take place Wednesday March 31, 2021 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm along with Thursday April 1, 2021 from 2:00 to 8:00 pm at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. Memorials may be made to FAN- Families Against Narcotics Blue Water Chapter. To leave a message of comfort visit www.youngcolonial.com
