Colin Timothy Calnan's Obituary
Colin Timothy Calnan, age 48, of St. Clair, formerly of Adair, passed away unexpectedly on September 25, 2018. He was born April 19, 1970 to the late Padraig (Paud) and Rita (Achatz) Rastigue. Colin loved boxing and once participated in the Golden Gloves. He also served his country by enlisting in the Army and was stationed at Fort Benning, Georgia.
He is survived by his son, Casimir Colin Calnan; granddaughter, Avery Grace Calnan; Step mother, Debbie Calnan; Laura’s children, David and Tom Vincek, as well as many other family and friends.
In addition to his parents Colin is preceded in death by the love of his life, Laura Vincek; brother, P.D. Calnan; grandmothers, Sally Calnan Batdorf and Dorothy Achatz; Aunt Kathleen Pearson and Uncle Sean Calnan.
A funeral mass will be held Friday, October 5th at 11:00 A.M. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, St. Clair. Visiting hours will be Thursday, October 4th, from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. Memorials are suggested to the wishes of the family.
