Mr. Charles "Ernie" Krantz's Obituary
Charles “Ernie” Krantz, age 63, of Columbus Twp., died November 24, 2015. Charles was born December 11, 1951 in St. Clair to the late Arnie and Madge Krantz. He graduated from Holy Cross High School, Marine City in 1970 and was employed at IMPACT for 35 years. Charles was an avid Tigers, Red Wings and Lions fan. He also enjoyed woodworking and classic cars.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years Laurie Krantz, children, Matthew (Sarah) Krantz and Emily Krantz, two grandchildren, sisters; Patricia (Grant) McGeachy and Katherine Willey and brother, James Krantz and multiple brothers in law and sisters in law.
A memorial service will be held Saturday November 28th at 1:00 p.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church, St. Clair. The family suggests memorials to Immanuel Lutheran Preschool instead of flowers.
