Charles "Chuck" Richard Anderson's Obituary
Charles “Chuck” Richard Anderson Sr., passed away November 24, 2024 in Fairhaven, Michigan.
Chuck was born in Detroit, Michigan on February 7th, 1938 and married M. Denise Anderson on September 5, 1959. He was an avid outdoorsman and exhibited a passion for hunting and fishing that was unmet by most. He was a successful hunting guide/outfitter and hounds-man in Colorado for many years before returning to Michigan for retirement to take advantage of the vast fishing opportunities.
Chuck is preceded in death by his wife, Denise Anderson, son Christian Anderson, daughter, Corey Anderson, and his favorite hound dog, “Pup”.
Chuck is survived by his sons, Chuck Jr. and Randy; daughter, Heidi Jo Blackshear; grandchildren, Cody Anderson, Jessie Anderson, Dillon Anderson, Jordan Anderson, Bridger Anderson, Corey McGraw, Brianna Anderson, Justin Blackshear, and Jake Blackshear.
As I write this I wonder if he is chasing his hound dogs again baying in the distance…
