Mrs. Carol J. Valla's Obituary
Carol J. (Guyor) Valla, age 77, of Marine City, died August 21, 2015. She was born January 10, 1938 to the late Gerald and Lydia Guyor. Carol graduated from Holy Cross High School in 1956. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Valla in 1973 and her brother Robert.
She is survived by her children; Geraldine Valla, Michelle Stapley, Joseph Valla, Bryan (Debra) Valla and Scott Valla, grandsons; Michael, Ryan, Brandon and Kyle, great granddaughter, Makayla, sisters, Grace and Barb and sister in law, Anne.
A Funeral Mass will be Tuesday August 25th at 12:00 p.m. at Holy Cross Catholic Church, OLR Parish, Marine City. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. Visiting hours are Monday 2:00 to 5:00 and 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. with a scripture service at 7:00 p.m. Additional visitation on Tuesday at church one hour prior to mass.
