Brett Boulier's Obituary
Brett Boulier, 28, of St. Clair, born July 14, 1995, passed away November 18 after a courageous battle with leukemia.
Brett graduated from Marine City High School in 2014 where he loved being apart of the marching band and drama club. Brett started singing and acting at the age of eight. He was in many plays throughout his short life. He was active with the St. Clair Theatre Guild, Port Huron Theatre Guild, The Snug Theatre, and dinner theatres with Werth Productions for over 16 years. During Brett’s senior year, he auditioned for the Macombers at Macomb County Community College. He was so excited to have been accepted and continued to perform and sing with them for 3 years. Brett then took a break and auditioned for the Disney College Program at Disney World, Orlando Florida. Disney was a place where Brett made people from all over the world smile and spread his love to everyone. After working there for 3 years, Brett missed his family and decided to come home and finish school. He then took a job at Target as a fashion consultant, where he made new family and wonderful friends.
Brett will always be remembered for his kind and loving heart, his smile and bright blue eyes. He was a selfless person, who always put others needs before his own. Heaven has gained an angel.
Brett is survived by his parents, Debbie Boulier and Tracy Boulier; brothers, Bruce (Makenzie) and Brian; grandfather, Bill Wesley; aunts and uncles, Bill (Tracy) Wesley, Tim (Judy) Carr, Gail (Jim) Ward, Jill (Cliff) Jewell, Ginger (Ron) Lowes, Casey (Shari) Boulier; as well as several loving cousins. Brett would have become an uncle this spring. He is also survived by honorary aunts and uncles, Bob (Renee) Kulp, Cindy Rochon, Donna Thompson, Steve (Kim) Kammer, and Ann Marie Hillman; best friends, Ciara C. Muller Mackensen, Jaycie Dardeau, Melissa Sergent, Paige Eves, Krysta Rybarczyk, and many other friends across the country. Brett is preceded in death by his loving grandmother, Sophie Wesley and grandfather, Jerry Boulier.
A private family service will be held in Brett’s honors. Local arrangements by Young Funeral Home, China Twp. According to Bretts wishes, there will be a celebration of life on Saturday, November 25th from 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the St. Clair Hunt and Fish Club, 5486 Remeer Road, China Twp., MI 48054. Where pizza will be provided.
