Betty Harrison's Obituary
Betty J. Harrison, age 93, of Marysville, was welcomed into heaven on July 15, 2017. Betty was born to Fredrick and Olive Kurth in Detroit on February 15, 1924.
She married Walter Harrison in Detroit on May 5, 1947. He preceded her in death on September 30, 2016. Betty faithfully served the Lord throughout her life and worked for both Peace Lutheran Church, Detroit and Immanuel Lutheran Church, St. Clair.
She is survived by her daughter; Lynne (Larry) Saathoff and son; Erick (Kathleen) Harrison. She is also survived by her grandson; Kevin (Lorrie) Harrison.
Cremation has taken place and a private service will be conducted. Memorials are suggested to the National Parkinson Foundation or Fisher House Foundation to help military families.
