Arthur M. Courtemanche's Obituary
Arthur Marcus Courtemanche age 69, of China Township passed away February 11, 2022. He was born August 22, 1952, in Mt Clemens, MI to Ralph & Rose Courtemanche of Roseville. Art was an Army Veteran attached to the Green Beret, college graduate and lifelong machinist by trade, but above all else he was devoted to his family. Married May 19, 1972, to the love of his life Dawn, childhood best friends and sweethearts since 1958.
Favorite pastimes include spending time with family, spoiling grandchildren, camping, watching various sports (Go BLUE!) and westerns on TV, and taking care of his animals.
Survived and loved by his wife Dawn, his children Arthur (Kenya), Amy McCauley (Cory), Aaron (Sarah), Ariel Calabro (Steve), 10 Grandchildren: Mikey, Kiana, Duncan, Arianne, Matthew, Nathan, Charlotte, Annabelle, Dominic, and Benjamin, 2 greatgrandchildren Robin and Lucas as well as a large extended family. Preceded in death by his parents, and brother Ralph.
Visiting hours will be Friday, February 18 from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp.
