Arlene H. Powers' Obituary
Arlene H. Powers, age 84, of Memphis, passed away July 19, 2022. She was born May 29, 1938 in Casco Twp. On November 19, 1960 Arlene married Marvin Powers.
Arlene was a lifetime member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Casco Twp. and was active with their cleaning committee and choir. Arlene enjoyed gardening, flowers and a good card game.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Marvin Powers; goddaughter, Brenda (Larry) Preston; brother in law; Hodd (Nina) Powers; uncle, Sherwood Frank and several nieces, nephews and special cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lavern and Beatrice Lipke.
Funeral services will be held Friday July 22nd at 10:00 a.m. at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Casco Twp. Interment will be in Rosehill Cemetery, East China Twp. Visiting hours are Thursday, July 21st from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. and Friday 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. at church prior to service.
