Anthony Vito's Obituary
Anthony "Tony" Vito, age 85, of St. Clair, died August 3, 2010.
He was born June 10, 1925 in Detroit to the late Felix and Matilda Vito.
On May 26, 1951 Anthony married Virginia Dehring in St. Margaret Mary Church, Detroit.
Tony retired from the Detroit Edison after 40 years of service. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Council #2251, St. Clair, Loyal Order of the Moose, Harrison Twp. and St. Mary's Catholic Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and gardening.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years Virginia Vito, children; Kathleen (Arnold) Chickonoski, Joseph (Bonnie) Vito, Jane (Paul) Distelrath, Paula (Mark) Adams, and 15 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a sister; Ann Conti and a brother; Michael Vito.
