AnnMarie Barbara Kammer's Obituary
AnnMarie Barbara Kammer, age 55, of Casco Twp., passed away May 5, 2026. She was born October 13, 1970 in East China Township.
AnnMarie was part of the first class of students that attended Woodland Developmental Center in Marysville and she attended Woodland for 26 years. She also was a participant in the Special Olympics for many years. Her family lovingly remembers that her favorite color was blue and that she found joy in the simple things like, balls, burgers, doughnuts, babies and books. Time would stand still for AnnMarie as she enjoyed riding her bike for hours. Her love of the outdoors and wildlife also brought her great joy. Her wonderful smile, mischievous smirk and unmistakable laugh were a true gift to anyone that knew or met AnnMarie. Her happiest moments came when she was with her loving family, dear friends and caregivers.
AnnMarie is survived by her parents, Daniel Sr. and Leona Kammer; siblings, “Bee” Debbie (Steve) Nurse, “D” Sandy (Don) Adams, Daniel Jr. (Kelly) Kammer, Mark (Karen) Kammer and Michael (Julie) Kammer; nieces and nephews; Joey (Josie) Krupp, Danielle (Tony) Kaminski, Alyssa (Brian) Moore, Stephanie Adams, Matthew (Rachel) Adams, Brandan Kammer, Jordan (Mecciah) Kammer, Amanda Kammer, Matthew (Liz) Kammer and Sydney Kammer; great nieces and great nephews, Carson, Max, Addalee, Karter, Adalynne, Beckett, Elias, Isla and August.
The family would like to thank AnnMarie’s special loving caregivers, Trish, Joy, Cathy and Kate.
A Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, May 12th at 10:30 a.m. at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Richmond. Interment will be in St. Michael’s Cemetery, Richmond.
Visiting hours are Monday, May 11th from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. and Tuesday 10:00 to 10:30 a.m. at church prior to mass.
