Mrs. Ann C. Ward's Obituary
Ann C. Ward, age 72, a lifelong resident of Marine City, died July 26, 2012. Born to the late Francis and Margaret Chartier. She married Harvey Ward on December 28, 1960 at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Marine City. Ann was a LPN for over 30 years at the St. Clair Hospital and later at River District Hospital.
She was a lifetime member of Holy Cross Catholic Church.
She is survived by her husband; Harvey Ward, children; Helen Ward, Kevin(Teresa) Ward, Mike(Tammy) Ward, Rachel Ward, grandchildren; Kevin II, Emily, Allie, Delaney, and Bella, brother; Richard(Jeanne) Chartier, sister; Marie Lowes, sister in law; Margaret Chartier and many close friends and relatives. She is preceded in death by her brother; Frank Chartier, brother in law; Ron Lowes, grandson; Anthony Ward, very special nephew; Harley Ward.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, July 30 at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. A memorial visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. prior to the service. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Holy Cross Catholic School. http://www.youngcolonial.com/
