Alice M. Maedel's Obituary
Alice M. Maedel, age 84, of Casco Twp., passed away peacefully on April 9, 2021. She was born November 5, 1936 to the late Walter and Mabel Jones. On July 6, 1957 Alice married Kenneth Maedel, who preceded her in death on November 20, 2007. She worked at local banks in Richmond and St. Clair for many years, retiring as Assistant Bank Manager. She was a member of St. Matthews U.C.C, Adair. In her spare time, Alice enjoyed helping her son on the farm and cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, David (Shelley) Maedel, Debbie (Kurt) Sheridan, Kathy (Will) Turpel; grandchildren, Daley (Myles) Boyd, Sarah (Kyle) Kilponen, Keith Sheridan, Jake and Zach Turpel; sisters, Dorothy Thomas and Elsie Peters.
She is preceded in death by her in laws, Clinton and Myrtle Maedel, Vince Thomas, and Pete Peters.
