Alfred "Jim" Mayhew, age 58, of Columbus Twp., died January 20, 2015. He was born to the late Alfred and Carmen Mayhew on September 28, 1956.
He is survived by his children; David (Pamela) Mayhew, Lisa (Rob) Hopkins, and April Williams. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, brother; David (Donna) Mayhew, sisters; Juanita (Bill) Miller, Arlene (Tom) Seamans III, Debbie (Ron) Graham. He was preceded in death by his brother; Bruce Mayhew.
Cremation has taken place. No services are planned at this time.
