Our deepest sympathies to the family at this time of bereavement. I have many fond memories of hanging out at the gas station with the gang and watching him race at Mount Clemens track.

Al was a 'man's man', he was truly a man of physical strength. He had a solid work ethic and if there was a project that needed to be accomplished, he showed up with a smile saying, "no problem --- we can get it done." Al and his sister Arline offered their cottage in a loving manner to all family members. This allowed everyone to build fond memories that will last a lifetime, especially for children and grandchildren. Al touched the lives of many in his family, church, golf, work, and neighborhood --- and will be missed.
I remember Al from his years in the Color Guard of the Fourth Degree. May he stand now with the Archangels.
